In the evening of January 6, 2013, the International Piano Superstar Langlang China Tour - Yuquan·Harmony and Elegance Harbin New Year's Concert (hereinafter referred to as the Concert) was held in the stadium of Harbin International Convention & Exhibition & Sports Center. Yuquan, jointly with Langlang, offered a fancy art feast for Harbin, the dialogue between the piano and good wine, vividly showed the connotation and extension of “Harmony and Elegance”.

On January 5, the press conference of the Concert was held in Harbin Huahong·Gold Lane Banquet Hall, Langlang and his parents along with the General Manager Shuai Yanhua of Yu Quan Sales Company presented the conference.

Shuai Yanhua warmly welcome Lang Lang’s performing in Harbin and extended highly appreciation to Lang Lang’s talents and skills, and on the other hand, Langlang expressed his gratitude to Yuquan Distillery, and said that he was longing for partnership with the Company in the future. The scene full of smiling faces and warmly words was just like the legend of encountering bosom friends in High Mountain and Flowing Water.

Liezi·Question of Tang recorded the story between Bo Ya and Zhong Ziqi. Zhong Ziqi always listened to Bo Ya’s playing of Guqin, as Bo Ya thought of the high mountains when playing, Zhong Ziqi said, “The tunes were like the lofty high mountains.” As Bo Ya thought the flowing water when playing, Zhong Ziqi signed praises that the tunes were like the unceasing water in the river. Whatever Bo Ya thought in his mind could be accurately known by Zhong Ziqi. Both the two regretted to not have known each other earlier and treated the other as his bosom friend. And this age-old story is still known today. 

The encountering of Yuquan Distillery and Langlang was just like this. Yuquan cherished Langlang and established first-class performance platform for him, which stimulated Lang Lang’s artistic passion, returning to Yuquan with beautiful music. And this could be said as “When autumn's golden wind embraces dew of jade, all the love scenes on the earth fade.”

In the evening of January 6, Langlang seated himself on the music stool at 18:30, playing the first musical notes, leading nearly ten thousands audience on the spot to fancy and dreamy world of music.

Wu Chun, the General Manager of the Department of Key clients of Yuquan Sales Company, passed by the south side of the stage after finishing work, and observed that one young lady stood near the entrance was communicating with one working personnel anxiously, so Wu came up and asked what happened.

The young lady told to Wu that she accompanied her grandparents to listen to the concert. The two old couple were all over 80 years old, so they were retarded in movement, and after they went out of the bus, they had to climb the hundred footsteps, and they were already late when arriving at the spot, unexpectedly, they went in the wrong direction, their seats were on the north side but they were now at the south side, and they had to cross half of the stadium to go to the right seats, which would make them miss more songs, and it would also be big test to the physical strength of her grandparents, so she was now imploring the worker to allow her grandparents to be seated in vacant seats nearby.。

The worker didn’t permit that and explained that this would cause troubles to them. Wu Chun then showed the work permit against the chest, and said, “I am an employee of Yuquan Distillery, please let her grandparents be seated here, if any problem occur, I will bear the liability.”

After asking his supervisor, the worker nodded with permission and held the old couple for vacant seats. The old man turned around and waved to Wu Chun, “Are you an employee of Yuquan Distillery? You produce not only good wine but also excellent employee.”

In fact, this concert is the third season of “Yuquan Harmony & Elegance? Yearly Arts Award”. In 2011, Yuquan Distillery held the “New Year’s Concert of China Philharmonia Orchestra” and in 2012, it held the “New Year’s Greeting Show of National Ballet”.

Since ancient times, the liquor is closely related to the music and the two also supplement each other. Good wine can relieve people’s sorrow and add to the delight when encountering joyous event. The original intention for the holding the Yearly Arts Award held by Yuquan Distillery also lies in this. Just as what Shuai Yanhua said, the reason why Yuquan needs graceful and lofty arts was out of the needs to create the brand, but also out of the intention to practicing the social responsibility born by the Company.

In fact, the Yearly Arts Award hosted by Yuquan Distillery has quietly changed the life of many people. In 2012, after the performance of National Ballet ended, one employee’s daughter of Yuquan came to present flowers, and the beauty and elegance of the ballet performers motivated her to learn ballet, and she kept on leading this until now. And in this concert, one hundred child pianists would play the Military March together with Langlang and their life was likely to become better and brighter because of this.

In the second half of the Concert, Wu Chun spared time to see the two nearly one-hundred-year-old couple, and didn’t interrupt them as seeing them wear smile and be absorbed in the world of music. On hearing this, Shuai Yanhua said that Yuquan Distillery would invite them as “Honorary Audience” to be present at the next season of “Yuquan Harmony & Elegance? Yearly Arts Award”.
