A few days ago, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine released a new list of “Protected Eco-Origin Products by China”. Shangri-La plateau wine and Yuquan liquor series under the Group were on the list.

Protected Eco-Origin Products by China refer to good ecological products which meet requirements for environmental protection, low carbon, energy saving and resource saving in the whole production process (including growth, raw materials extraction, production, processing, manufacturing, packing, storage, transportation, usage and waste treatment) and have characteristics and features of the place of origin. “Protected Eco-Origin Products by China” certification has been identified by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine through strict evaluation.

Since it developed plateau wine business, Shangri-La Distillery developed “company + demonstration garden + base + peasant household” mode in line with local conditions and carried out its production and operation activities by adopting the mode which was beneficial to environmental development and ecological protection.

Heilongjiang Yuquan Distillery Co., Ltd. is located at Yuquan Town, Acheng District, Harbin. Its series which won “Protected Eco-Origin Products” certification are mainly “Yuquan Harmony & Elegance”, “Yuquan Century Classics”, “Yuquan Cave-Stored Original Liquor”, “Yuquan Diancang 1959”, and “Yuquan 30-year Aged Liquor”. Because of such production factors as unique process and brewing water quality, they were considered by experts to meet requirements for environmental protection, low carbon, energy saving and resource saving and have characteristics and features of the place of origin. Yuquan is the second liquor brand in the national liquor industry and the first in the liquor industry of the three provinces in the northeast of China winning this honor.
