On April 26, "Culinary Exchange Summit of 118 Hunan Cuisines" among Hunan cuisine masters was held in Changsha by the Hunan Cuisine Association of Hunan Province under the theme of "Staying True to the Original Mission and Returning to the Original Flavor". Xiangjiao liquor was selected as the only officially designated liquor product for the summit.

At this summit, the Hunan cuisine master Zhang Xiaochun and more than 50 of his disciples perfectly served a creative streaky pork meat feast to the citizens of Changsha after planning and preparing for the event for a year.
