The brewing workshop of Xiangjiao is always a bustling place where distilled grains are mixed, filled into the steamer, and boiled to yield original liquor flowing out from the pipe. Many of the employees here are good at identifying the purity degree of liquor by shaking hops and at telling the quality of liquor by tasting it. They can grade the liquor after tasting it and then put it in the corresponding jar.
