The 1^st “Shaanxi Good Trademark” Appraisal, which was instructed by the Intellectual Property Office of Shaanxi, and jointly organized by the Shaanxi Brand Building Promotion Center and the Shaanxi Intellectual Property Protection Association, was held in Xi’an on April 26. Taibai was recognized as a “Shaanxi Good Trademark”. This is yet another award for Taibai, which has already been recognized as a well-known trademark in Shaanxi Province and a well-known brand in China.

According to the Mei County Annals, Hao Xiaochun, the agent of “Wanshou Hotel” in Xijing (currently Xi'an), submitted an application to the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Construction for the registration of “Taibai Liquor” trademark on August 19, 26th year of the Republic of China (1937). It was not until November 8, 1942 that the Trademark Office of the then Ministry of Economic Affairs approved the registration with a registration number of 11665. This was also the first Chinese liquor trademark to be registered.
