On August 28, VATS Liquor Chain Management Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300755, hereinafter referred to as “VATS Liquor”) held apoverty alleviation and student grant donation ceremony in Shangri-La, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Guests attending the ceremony included Miao Youfa, member of the Standing Committee and director of the United Front Work Department of the Party Committed of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture; Hu Chunlan, deputy director of the United Front Work Department and secretary of the Party Group of the Federation of Industry and Commerce; Li Jufang, vice chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce; Huang Yongquan, deputy secretary-general of the Prefecture Government; Huang Fei, vice president of VATS Liquor; and Shu Shiping, the chief representative of Kunming Office of Jindong Investment Group Co., Ltd. 

At the ceremony, VATS Liquor announced that it would donate a poverty alleviation scholarship of RMB 2 million in Diqing Prefecture in four years as an action to thoroughly implement the targeted poverty alleviation campaign in the educational field, safeguard talent reserves for poverty alleviation, inject sustainable forces to the poverty battle in the prefecture, and contribute to economic and social development.

“In this critical period of poverty alleviation in the whole prefecture, we hold this grand poverty alleviation donation ceremony of VATS Liquor toady education in Weixi County. This generous donation will greatly promote the poverty alleviation work of our prefecture,” said Miao Youfa.

Huang Fei thanked the leaders of Diqing Prefecture for their affirmation and support for the work of VATS Liquor in the past. Looking into the future, he said, “VATS Liquor will continue to fulfill its social responsibilities, actively respond to the national, provincial and prefecture calls for poverty alleviation, policies and measures, support local economic development, and contribute to the poverty alleviation of Diqing Prefecture.”
