Chairman Wu Xiangdong Sealed the Jars of Cave Stored Wine, 300 Jars of Sealed Wine Were Sold out in 30 Minutes

News  On September 27, Linshui Wine Industry Co., Ltd. held the first Dabie Mountain Self-Driving Travel and Linshui Cultural Festival of Cave Stored Wine in the Cave Storage Base of Linshui Wine, also known as “First Cellar Cave in China”, in Dabie Mountain, Jinzhai County, Anhui Province. Orders were placed feverishly at the event and 300 jars of sealed wine were sold out in merely 30 minutes.

Ma Yong, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Professional Committee of Liquor in China National Food Industry Association, Wu Xiangdong, Chairman of VATS Group, and Zhang Jingzhi, Chairman of Anhui Linshui Wine Industry Co, Ltd., were present at the event and, together with nearly 500 liquor lovers and businessmen who gathered for the event from all over the country, witnessed the jar sealing ceremony of customized sealed wine produced by Linshui.

 

At 10:50 am, after Chairman Wu Xiangdong and Chairman Zhang Jingzhi came on the stage, signed on the seal, and affixed the seal onto a jar of sealed wine weighing 50kg, the host immediately announced the start of ordering by raising sign. At this event, a total of 200 jars of sealed wine, each weighing 15kg, 50 jars of sealed wine, each weighing 25kg, and 50 jars of sealed wine, each weighing 50kg, were to be sold. The guests present all raised their signs to place orders. Five climaxes of ordering appeared throughout the process and 300 jars of sealed wine were sold out in merely 30 minutes.

The sealed wine stored in the cave and produced by Linshui is not available in the market. Each jar of customized sealed wine has a unique number and a unique collection certificate. All subscribers are required to sign on a “Seal Certificate” and affix the seal they get on the jar they subscribe in the cellar. Linshui Wine Industry Co., Ltd. will provide many services for the customers after they subscribe a jar and promise to keep the subscribed jars for 3 years free of charge and provide professional care. From the date of sealing the jars, as long as an appointment is made in advance, Linshui Wine Industry Co., Ltd. will provide free packaging of the wine in small bottles and customized services based on the individual needs of different customers and it will deliver the products to any designated destination.

It is understood that Linshui Wine Industry Co., Ltd. started to study and develop cave stored wine as early as in 2004. Since 2004, LINSHUI WINE INDUSTRY CO., LTD. opened up bases that extended 6km in Jinzhai Forest Zone in Dabie Mountain to store wine. Jinzhai Forest Zone is the largest virgin forest with the most diverse ecological structure in Central China. In the zone, No. 6 Cave Base was recognized as “First Cellar Cave in China” by the Shanghai Great World Guinness Record in 2012. After years of research and investigation, wine experts concluded that the cave bases of Linshui, warm in winter and cool in summer, are suitable for the growth of different microorganisms and good for the purification and increased softness of wine body. What’s more, as the pulp wine of Linshui is stored in pottery jars placed in the caves, there are many pores on the jar walls to breathe, thus allowing the wine body to fully melt with a variety of microorganisms in the natural environment. The wine produced in this way is aging naturally and becomes mellower.
