On April 13, Hunan Chamber of Commerce in Anhui Province held the president meeting in Empark Grand Hotel Hefei, unanimously agreeing upon absorbing Guo An, the General Manager of the Fifth Business Department, as the Director of Hunan Chamber of Commerce in Anhui Province and appointing Guo An as the standing Vice-President of this chamber of commerce.

At present, Hunan Chamber of Commerce in Anhui Province owns over a hundred council members, and its businesses cover such fields as building industry, machinery manufacturing and electronic equipment. Considering large potential demand on spirits consumption, Linshui Distillery recommended Chairman Guo An to apply for such post.
