On April 21, CCP VATS GROUP Committee Founding Meeting was held at Zhangjiajie Dacheng Shanshui International Hotel.

Luo Jiangtian, Director of CCP Hunan Province Non-Public Economy Committee Office read "Approval of the Establishment of CCP VATS GROUP Committee".

Wang Xiaoyu, Secretary of the Party Committee of VATS GROUP reported the preparation, organization chart and management mode of the Party Committee of the Group as well as the thought, tasks and measures of party construction.

Su Wanjun, Party Branch Secretary of Jinliufu Business Division Beijing Region, and Zhang Yongzhong, Secretary of Party General Branch of Anhui Linshui Distillery Co., Ltd. made a speech on behalf of the primary party organizations, expressing their resolutions to do a good job in enterprise party construction under the unified leadership of Group Party Committee.

Group's Chairman of the Board Wu Xiangdong expressed his congratulations on the establishment of the Group Party Committee, and also put forward some specific requirements on the work of party construction.

Chen Hongzhong, Secretary of CCP Hunan Province Non-Public Economy Committee gave full affirmation to the establishment of the Group Party Committee on behalf of the higher level party committee, and he asked the Group Party Committee to lead the party members and play a role of exemplary vanguard in promoting the scientific development of the enterprise.
