The Group Fully Implement 6S Management

On May 2, the Group promulgated the 6S Management Implementation Measures (hereinafter referred to as “Measures”), and the 6S Management will be fully carried out in various departments and units (excluding liquor companies) under the Group.
6S Management is one of the main field management measures adopted by the Group, and Xiangjiao Distillery was among the first to introduce the measures in 2005, later it came to enforcement in other liquor companies, playing the role of notably promote the spiritual outlook, quality of working staffs as well as the inner management level. In order to further improve the quality of employees and their service awareness besides strengthening fundamental management of the Group, VATS decided to implant 6S Management in various departments, offices under the Management & Service Center, departments under the General Business Department, subordinate sales companies under the Business Department, offices of large region (provinces) as well as other holding companies subordinate to the Group.
The Measures have made specific stipulations on the enforcing organization and due responsibilities, enforcing procedures and methods, as well as check, rating, rewarding and punishment. The Measures stipulate that the enforcement period of 6S Management will be six months and become effective on May 2. And after the enforcement period comes to an end, the Group will conduct acceptance check and evaluation of the enforcing results, and the first five will be given award, while units failed to reach the standard will get punishment.
