Public Relations Department Tightened Ads Monitoring and Retrieved RMB 1 million loss

In the fiscal year of 2011, through tightening ads monitoring, the Public Relations Department of the Group retrieved an economic loss of RMB 1.14 million.

The Public Relations Department of the Group acts as both the implementing department of ads putting and the review and check department. In order to ensure that every ads expenses are earnestly put into use and maintain the brand image of the Group as well as guarantee the broadcasting effects, the Public Relations Department of the Group has arranged special working staffs to keep track and review of the enforcing effects of nearly 200,000 square meters open-air ads throughout the year. In the fiscal year of 2011, the Department finished the payment of 1,255 open-air ads charges, and at least 4 monitoring photos taken from short distance and farther distance for the payment of each point should be provided. And through check of the photos as well as compassion made with previous photos as well as affirmation of the ads, etc, the fine gained as a result of breaching discovered by this work retrieved RMB 1.14-million loss for the Group. In the fiscal year of 2012, the Department will assign special employees for irregular field routing of ads putting in addition to strict review and check of photos.
