March 8 brought the annual celebration of International Women’s Day. This year was particularly special as it also marked the 20th anniversary of Jindong Group’s arrival in Beijing, making it a truly special occasion with double the joy.

The main hall area on the 8th floor of the headquarters was simply decorated for the occasion. The reception desk was adorned with a row of vibrant red roses, all in full bloom, while the brand display area on the right featured an array of snacks and seasonal fruits. The prominent presence of red - more accurately, pink - infused the event space with a romantic and cozy atmosphere. A striking event backdrop, almost covering half the wall, boldly proclaimed, “Celebrating 20 Years - In Our Prime, Ready to Set Off”. The nine prominent words felt like both a declaration and a call to action, reminding us: With the sun shining and the landscape wide open, it is time for us, the Jindong staff, to set off for our next adventure!

At exactly 11:00, all on-site employees at the headquarters gathered in the main hall area to witness this historic moment. The stars of today’s event included not only all the female colleagues but also the first batch of employees to arrive in Beijing and greet their colleagues. They were Ms. Tang Ling, the Audit Director, Mr. Cai Yongying, the former Human Resources Director (now retired), Mr. Pi Wenxiang, the Head of the Audit Department of Jindong Group; Mr. Yang Di, General Manager of VATS Logistics, and his wife, Ms. Li Min; Mr. Xia Yang, Head of the Finance Department, Mr. Xiong Bin, O&M Supervisor of the Information Center of Jindong Group; Ms. Huang Yongjia, Customer Service Supervisor of the Jinliufu Finance Department; and Ms. Peng Hua, Design Manager of the Visual Creative Department of Jindong Group. Several representatives shared their experiences and unforgettable stories when they came to Beijing. During the most touching moments, Ms. Tang Ling and Mr. Yang Di were moved to tears, often choked up as they spoke. A few leaders and colleagues were unable to attend due to being away for work or on business trips. They recorded short videos in advance to share their stories from back then and convey their best wishes for the occasion.

During his speech at the event, Vice President Jiang Xuelin remarked, “The reason our group has come this far is because we have an exceptional team. As we celebrate the 20th anniversary of our arrival in Beijing today, it is particularly meaningful to have pioneers like Mr. Cai (Cai Yongying) with us. It is through the hard work and dedication of these pioneers that Jindong Group has achieved today’s success.”

The celebration wrapped up with flower presentations and the sharing of a celebration cake. Every female employee in the headquarters office received a bouquet of red roses. Additionally, a textured painting activity took place during the event.
