Ceremony of Technology Award and Innovation Award of Hunan Province was held in People’s Hall of Hunan Province on May 18. Scientific and technical workers together with innovation practitioners were commended in the Ceremony for their outstanding contributions in promoting innovation development across Hunan Province. Liling-World Ceramic Art City was honored with Cultural Innovation Award.

 

High-ranked provincial leaders participated in the Ceremony and presented awards to the winners’ representatives, and the leaders included Du Jiahao, Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People’s Congress; Xu Dazhe, Deputy Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Provincial Governor; and Li Weiwei, Chairman of the People’s Political Consultative Conference in Hunan Province. Totally 39 projects were honored with the First Innovation Award of Hunan province, in which the Cultural Innovation Award was presented to 9 projects including Liling-World Ceramic Art City.
