VATS Group Creates No. 1 Ecological Circle of Chinese Liquor Industry Together with Tens-of-Millions

On February 27, the second session of “Chinese Liquor Heroes Alliance Internet+” seminar initiated by VATS Group was held at Xiangjiao Distillery in Hunan Province. Over 280 Tens-of-Millions-Yuan liquor industry giants from various regions of Hunan gathered together to discuss how traditional drinks agencies can survive.

Chairman Wu Xiangdong of VATS Group said that in the environment “having enemies in front and rear”, we should join hands to compete and to win and it is planned to invite 5,000 Tens-of-Millions-Yuan drinks agencies to build “No. 1 ecological circle of Chinese liquor industry” including such modes as “B2B platform+O2O platform + purchase and sale supply chain platform+capital platform+community sharing platform”. About 97% of clients present at the session signed to join “Chinese Liquor Heroes Alliance”. According to statistics, over 500 Tens-of-Millions-Yuan liquor industry giants in Hunan have joined the alliance.

Due to economic downturn at home and abroad in 2015, manufacturers squeezed channel profits and e-commerce merchants spent money for grabbing customers so it was very difficult for Chinese drinks agencies to survive. Wu Xiangdong pointed out that we should embrace new economy, learn quickly and join hands to compete as science & technology advances too fast and economic order changes too fast. We can win only by joining hands. He appealed to liquor industry giants to jointly establish “Chinese Liquor Heroes Alliance” and build “No. 1 ecological circle of Chinese liquor industry”.

“No. 1 ecological circle of Chinese liquor industry” will be comprised of 5,000 Tens-of-Millions-Yuan drinks agencies nationwide. This session is the second one in Hunan. The Group will hold over 30 “Chinese Liquor Heroes Alliance” conferences at different places in China. Inside the industry, upstream, the Group will join hands with 5,000 Tens-of-Millions-Yuan drinks agencies to form an alliance with famous liquor and best-selling liquor brands; downstream, the Group will form an alliance with drinks retailers and group purchase investors, use new Internet technologies to integrate traditional liquor industry and build the integrated “No. 1 ecological circle of Chinese liquor industry” online and offline. Outside the industry, the Group will gather funds from 5,000 big drinks agencies to set up a Tens-of-Millions-Yuan new economic investment fund for investing into new economic fields.

Drinks agencies in the ecological circle will enjoy a substantial return: such as becoming a shareholder and enjoying original issue stock of e-commerce platform fund, becoming a shareholder of foreign investment fund, crowdfunding development, investment project promotion, co-creation of super single products, and seeking low-interest loan support from banks.
