VATS GROUP with Agents of Ten Million Levels to Create NO.1 Ecosphere in Liquor Industry

VATS GROUP called together over 300 agents operating liquor business over RMB ten million in Hunan Province on January 10, and got together in Xiangjiao Liquor Industry to hold a seminar themed by “League of Legends in Liquor Industry with Internet +” to jointly discuss development goal of “NO.1 Ecosphere in Liquor Industry”. The Hunan Stop was the first one and VATS GROUP would successively hold 30 meetings of League of Legends in Liquor Industry in different stations across China.

Chairman Wu Xiangdong made a special report in the meeting and explained in three aspects of “Our Era”, “Thoughts” and “Implementation”. He clearly pointed out that liquor industry agents should be directed at intensively integrating and building “NO.1 Ecosphere in Liquor Industry”.

Among the six factors (manufacturing industry, investments, exports, demographic dividends, real estate, and consumption) driving China’s future economic growth, the only hope was “consumption” and we should keep doing well in “enjoying eating, drinking and fun”. Traditional industries would become the most difficult ones in the next 3-5 years.

Traditional dealers met with worrisome conditions in 2015, including problems such as lowering profits of famous liquor, far from terminals, difficult to rapidly enhance service capability, hard to form digitalization etc. Mergers and acquisitions have constantly occurred in the liquor industry, and B2B has become a new fashion in a strong momentum; the high-profile O2O in liquor industry of 2014 has been completely changed to B2B, and top four places of vertical B2C websites in the current liquor industry have belonged to the others without imaginary space. Internet + merchants in the liquor industry have currently been limited by “insufficient funds, poor turnover and difficult financing”.

Future of Liquor Industry Agents Lies in Intensive Integration

Chairman Wu Xiangdong said the liquor industry agents must go through transformation development, otherwise they would slowly perish in case of taking no action or rapidly perish in case of taking wrong action; instead, “when water flows, a channel is formed.” -- an early doer might not become No. 1 but the doer going with the right flow would succeed; an era of fighting alone would enter into an era of platform + ecosphere to jointly create “No. 1 Ecosphere in Liquor Industry” formed by “B2B platform + O2O platform + supply chain platform of purchase and sale + capital platform + sharing platform”.
