On September 5, the 19th (Bulgaria)Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles published the list of winners, and “Hongzuan ·Xiangjiao” produced by Hunan Xiangjiao Liquor Co., Ltd. was the biggest winner of the Grand Gold Medal. Xiangjiao was the first liquor producer in Hunan that won this award, and this award marked a milestone in revitalizing the Hunan liquor industry and leading local liquor products “out of Hunan”. Since it began to compete for this event in 2015, Jindong Group has won 2 grand gold medals, 12 gold medals and 15 silver medals with different kinds of products, which have also earned it many fans.

The Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles is globally renowned for its international, authoritative and impartial nature. It is one of the three largest international spirits competitions in the world with the largest scale, the most participating companies, the most scientific and fairest judging mechanism, and the largest number of authoritative wine judges. It is known as “the Oscar in the spirits industry” and “the Olympic Games of spirits”. In order to provide a fair, scientific and impartial platform for Chinese spirits to compete with world famous spirits, a suitable appraisal method was specially designed for Chinese contestants in this event.

“Hongzuan ·Xiangjiao” stood out from as many as 1,315 spirits products from 54 countries and won one of the 6 gold medals attributed to China from a total of 279 Chinese competitors. It was unanimously acclaimed by more than 90 judges all over the world in a blind tasting session.
