On October 17, guided by the China Alcoholic Drinks Association (“CADA”), the CADA Digital Innovation Forum themed “Exploiting the Digital Age” was held by Tencent Ads and Tencent News in Shanghai. Well-known entrepreneurs and marketing leaders in the liquor industry including Wang Yancai, chairman of CADA, Liu Zhenguo, deputy secretary general of CADA, Wu Xiangdong, chairman of Jindong Group, Zhang Zheng, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of Xifeng Group, Wang Nanbo, vice president of Jinjiu, Yang Guang, chairman of Beijing Zhengyitang Strategic Consulting Group, discussed digital innovation in the liquor industry in the digital age.
At the forum, Tencent Ads released the 2019 Report of Digital Development Insight in the Liquor Industry and launched a digital marketing solution for the liquor industry thatassisted in the new growth of liquor enterprises in all dimensions from trend analysis to digital capabilities.
Wu Xiangdong, chairman of Jindong Group, said at the forum, “Digitalization is the ‘nuclear weapon’ for the ‘branding’ of liquor enterprises that can make the distribution process from products to market and to consumers more efficient and faster. Tencent Ads and applets are the best media.”
