Following the announcement of a strategic partnership in late May this year, VATS Liquor Store and Laizu Liquor Co., Ltd. quickly pushed forward the implementation of specific cooperation matters. Both parties held the first joint marketing meeting on June 22 to discuss and negotiate in detail such topics as brand promotion and marketing planning.

Li Wei, Chief Executive of Operation and CEO, and Yang Qiang, Vice President of VATS Liquor Store, and the relevant responsible person from Laizu Liquor attended the meeting.

Li Wei said that on the basis of highly recognizing the brand value and product quality of Lai Gaohuai, VATS Liquor Store would be fully responsible for and perform well in operating and serving the Lai Gaohuai brand, deeply explore its core brand value, enhance the visibility of its distillery and products, and support this national brand to a new height through the joint venture company.

The relevant responsible person from Laizu Liquor said that Lai Gaohuai has profound historical and cultural heritage, and hoped that VATS Liquor Store would make use of this advantage to help Lai Gaohuai enhance its IP, deeply develop its brand culture, and launch promotion campaigns in various forms.

At the meeting, both parties also reached consensus on a wide range of topics including brand content building, marketing strategies, promotion in key markets, anti-counterfeiting and traceability measures, formulation of liquor body standard, development plans of new products, brand culture promotion, and customer service management.

As the next step, VATS Liquor Store will draw on the experience in successful marketing and promotion of famous wine brands to fully explore the properties of Lai Gaohuai's products and culture as a model of Luzhou-flavor liquor, and will rely on its strong channel radiation and rich marketing and promotion resources to consolidate the market foundation of Lai Gaohuai brand and carve out broad prospects in the country together with Laizu Liquor.
